Not gonna lie, I was using fredericks.com for the first time and it was way easier than I expected. The categories made sense, the filters actually helped, and I found my size without having to click around a bunch.
Checkout was quick too, which I always appreciate. No confusing steps or random pages, and everything loaded fine on my phone. My cart saved my items, so overall it was a smooth experience.

I was a little worried the color might look different in person, but it ended up matching the pictures really well. No weird lighting trick or anything like that. What I ordered is exactly what showed up, so yeah, I’m happy with ittt.

"Shipping took forever"
I ordered from Frederick's of Hollywood the shipping was way slower than I expected. Oof. The tracking barely updated, so I was just kind of left wondering where my order was. Annoying. The item itself was fine once it finally showed up, but the wait definitely took away from the experience.

"Still going strong, surprisingly"
I bought this months ago it’s still holding up really well after a ton of wears. Which is kind of wild because half the stuff I buy these days starts looking rough way too fast. But this one still looks good, hasn’t fallen apart, and I’m not babying it either. So yeah, pleasantly surprised.

"I’ve Learned to Wait for the Sales"
The first time I shopped here, I almost bought everything at full price, but I decided to hold off and see if a promo popped up. Sure enough, a sale came around, and some of the deals were actually solid. Now I usually wait before ordering. That said, it’s not always a huge bargain, some items still feel a little pricey even with the discount. Overall, it’s not a bad place to shop, but the deals can be kind of hit or miss.

I had to send one item back from my fredericks.com order, i was expecting the refund to drag on a bit.
They processed the return quickly, and the money was back on my card within a few days. You know how sometimes you have to follow up a bunch of times? None of that happened here.
Overall, it was a easy experience. I’d definitely order again because when you need to return something, it’s nice when the refund part doesn’t turn into a whole hassle.

I’ve been browsing fredericks.com and I actually really like the overall look of it. The styles are cute and fun, but they don’t feel too over the top, at least from what I’ve seen.
The pictures seem clear, and the layout makes it easy to find what I’m looking for. It feels clean and simple, and thankfully not as confusing as some other shopping sites can be

"Packaging was nicer than I expected"
I was impressed with how my fredericks.com order showed up. The box was in great shape, and everything inside was folded neatly with no odd smells or random items shifting around. It gave me a good feeling right away that they actually take care with what they send out.
I also appreciated that the outside packaging was simple and private, not loud or obvious. When I opened it, everything looked clean and put together, which made the whole experience feel easy and reliable. Definitely the kind of packaging that makes you feel more confident ordering again

"Quality was disappointing, and the verification got annoying"
I ordered a few things from Frederick's of Hollywood, and the quality wasn’t really what I expected. One piece felt kind of cheap right out of the package, and the stitching already looked a little messy after I only tried it on. The fit was fine, but the material was thinner than I thought it would be, especially for the price. On top of that, having to deal with repeated verification steps was frustrating. I get that security matters, but it felt like I had to keep proving it was me over and over. Overall, not the worst purchase ever, but I definitely expected better

“Less expensive - Adam and Eve. Better, not that I know of. There are lingerie shops that have European lingerie that costs three times as much as Frederick's but it is not really worth that extra amount. Frederick's isn't going to break on you.”
